Read-only principle
TradeMirror uses this connection to read and analyse trading activity. It cannot place, close or modify trades.
What connections are used for
- Reading order and position history, including modifications, to reconstruct your decisions.
- Reading account metadata needed to label and group your records.
- Nothing else. TradeMirror does not place, close, modify, copy or route orders, and does not automatically control risk or suspend an external trading account.
Permission levels
Where a provider only issues broader permissions than read access, the permission level is disclosed on the connection screen before you connect, and write access is not used.
Capture level is shown per platform: complete behavioural recording, order-management history, or completed trades only. Where only completed trades are available, replay and management-impact analysis cannot be reconstructed.
