Refund Policy

A 14-day money-back guarantee and how to request a refund.

14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If TradeMirror is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date, for any reason, including simply changing your mind.

This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions, and to the first payment taken after a free trial converts.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit https://paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout, or contact our support team and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the paid period. You can cancel at any time from the billing section in Settings. Cancelling on its own does not create a refund — request one within the 14-day window if you also want your payment returned.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory cancellation or refund rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Paddle's own refund policy is available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
